Can you imagine Democrats in control of Congress and the folks they might subpoena?

People like Pam Bondi? And Kash Patel? And Kristi Noem? And JD Vance? And numerous others that have broken the laws of this country? Make your own list.

My guess is that every person chosen to lead a Department in this regime has broken the law in some manner or other at the behest of Donald Trump.

"I was only following orders", will not be accepted.

These criminals act as if they know they will be in power forever and there will never come a time when they will have to raise their hand and answer questions from the opposition.

They should understand. There will be a day of reckoning.

If proven under a Democratic led congress it would make the subject to Title 18, Section 1001 of the U.S. Code.

This statute makes it a felony to knowingly and willfully make a materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statements to Congress

I want arrests. I want them held in secure locations under armed guard until their trials. I want many of them referred to the Hague and tried for Crimes Against Humanity.

I don't want hearings. I want my literal pound of fucking flesh. From ALL of them...

5. Don't you think we should give them "due process"?

Otherwise, I would agree with your solutions.

7. As long as they are compelled to stand trial and actually be there? Yes... due process is necessary.

However, the second one of them refuses a Congressional subpoena or fails to appear for a court date? Arrests and detention pending trial are `100% necessary. I am not advocating for show trials either...I fully believe that in a fair trial they will lose on damn near every single issue and crime they are collectively committing.

What we must have is justice and what we cannot abide is the SCOTUS nullification of said justice for partisan effect.

Among the most pressing issues that MUST be addressed in the next adminstration is the rebalancing of the Supreme Court, the end of the Roberts Court through enlargement of the justices on the bench to nullify the stolen seats of Gorsuch and Comey-Barrett and a reform for ethics on the court that is not voluntary or subject to beign ignored.

Our system is built on the premise that we are a nation under laws and for 242 years of our 250 year existence, that principle was one that all Americans supported and believed in. I do not wish to side with Trump in the super-minority that believe the law can be ignored when its against my interests or desires...so all guilty MUST face trials and convictions.

But once they are convicted, sentencing must be swift and harsh and public for all to see the wages of this kind of sin against our republic. The price you pay for doing the bidding of a madman is the total loss of your freedom and permanent loss of your family's respect for their own name.

Now will MAGAts care that they are following a bunch of people with the memories of Alzheimer's patients who have been criming up a storm?

Will the courts and the justice system?

Will the "reasonable republicans" please stand up?

I fear the answer to all of these is no.

6. I would think there are a lot of folks Democrats would like to question?

But cannot get the Repubs to agree to a subpoena?

Such as Laura Loomer, Don, Jr, and Eric Trump for starters?

There are many names in this criminal regime.

They are all corrupt to the core.

8. Honestly, I'm sick of the Congressional hearings. I'd rather they get a few things done -- like healthcare --

before holding hearings that won't accomplish much if anything beyond roasting the other party.
