Federal investigators filed a detailed 18-page motion opposing bond for Gosnell that detailed allegations that Gosnell not only possessed a USB flash drive with hundreds of videos of child sex abuse material, but that they found evidence that Gosnell communicated with another man “with a shared interest in pedophilia,” describing “unimaginably explicit conversations” that suggest the judge was romantically involved with the man and that “their romantic interests involved abusing children together. In one of those conversations, prosecutors allege that Gosnell and the other man plan a trip for Gosnell to visit him in Florida for the two to “jointly rape and torture” the infant son of a family member of the other man.
The filing also states that Gosnell’s conversations on the app Telegram “reveal numerous instances in which he raped and abused children."

That tip flagged several accounts on PayPal that were communicating with and making payments to a known vendor of child sex abuse material from the United Kingdom, court documents state.

Investigators were able to determine that one of the PayPal accounts belonged to Gosnell, the documents state. That led them to execute a search warrant at Gosnell’s home last Tuesday, during which they found a USB flash drive plugged into Gosnell’s computer that contained hundreds of videos of child sex abuse material, prosecutors say.

He also used the Telegram app. I am not aware of how to get those messages, though an unlocked phone is a common technique, I imagine, if a phone (or computer) is found unlocked or someone is "persuaded" to unlock it, but heck, what does a Republican judge know about 1st, 4th, and 5th amendment rights? They'd gladly do away with them, I am sure.

Predators look like this guy, like a coach, a preacher, a church elder, a neighbor. They are old, middle aged and young. They are male and female.

As a society we MUST work together to get these monsters off the street and in a cage where they belong.

I do not believe these boils on the butt of humanity can be rehabilitated.

I worked in child advocacy for a couple of years. It broke my spirit and I went back to academia. I have tremendous respect for law enforcement and counselors who work these cases. It is heartbreaking work, but so important.
