ATF Agent Kills Aliquippa High School Student

So it seems from early reporting that The FBI and ATF can just walk into communities without any coordination with local law enforcement agents and kill someone. Maybe the killing was justified, but I'm talking about the Feds unilaterally walking into towns. Maybe I'm reading the story wrong when the Aliquippa police stated it wasn't involved in the shooting, maybe the Feds told local police what it was doing.

No response yet from the Feds why it had a task force in Aliquippa, maybe it takes time to justify what they did?

No sense asking Kash Patel, he will just give a smart aleck response.

Not many facts coming out at all. Did they enter his home, kill him in a parking lot and most importantly - why?

Why is it taking so long to get answers?

doesn't say running from a house or running down the street. Maybe it was a party, but everything is tight lipped right now.
One of the kids running pointed out the person who killed the kid.

It is taking long to get answers because the Feds were in charge of whatever this was.

Krasnov just appointed Pam Bondi to head the DC Municipal police department. Krasnov is going to appoint the Feds to take over law enforcement in black and brown cities. Waiting for local law enforcement to complain.

Having the ATF and FBI involved in the raid sounds like a big operation, no report if killing the 18 year old was a successful raid or not.

Maybe they were those Venezuelan gang members?

Their juristiction is the whole US, as it relates to federal statutes, etc... While they coordinate when required or needed, it isn't a requirement on everything or even most things per se... No more so than a municipal PD needs to coordinate with the Sheriff's Dept on everything. Intergovernmental and interagency agreements often address these things.

of the DC Municipal police force?

These are different times now, all of the federal agencies along with the National Guard and military are going into US cities and breaking the law. Formerly the feds coordinated with local law enforcement more often than not, now they are going into black and brown cities targeting them to please dear leader.

What was the mission of the FBI and ATF in Aliquippa? Sounds like a big operation, 9 vehicles and the Mayor can't say why they were there?

C'mon man.

I'll give it 48 hours so I don't have to rely on speculatation and hyperbole. Should be more coming since it got some attention and there were apparently quite a few people around when it happened.

How is it possible for two Federal Agengies involved with enforcement of law, to enter a community, without local law enforcement’s involvement? And by local I mean Aliquippa Police, and by extension, the mayor, as well as Beaver County Police, and PA State Police?

Isn’t it protocol to inform the local chain of command as to the presence of Federal Agencies tasked with investigating, policing and enforcement?
