Let's face it, tRump is coming apart, physically, mentally, legally and politically,

everywhere, all at once. It's enough to put a smile on ones face.

In a more serious note, I believe that the WSJ has many very good attorneys. They are not going to let the paper publish anything that is libelous. They would not publish the "Trump letter" story without multiple sources. For those that haven't heard, the letter was solicited by Ghislaine Maxwell in 2003 to be included in an album meant as a 50th birthday present to Epstein. The album was printed by a commercial bookbinder. There were multiple copies. It is a good guess that WSJ has a copy. Trump's threat to sue is part of his general bullshit denial rant. He won't sue. He knows that to sue there would be discovery that would require him to give a deposition under oath. During discovery attorneys can ask questions on any subject. Trump doesn't want to go there. He could pull out his 5th amendment right to silence, but that is tantamount to admitting guilt. His law suit falls apart with no gain for him. I'm fairly confident that we will see a copy of Trump's letter.

I think like many of us he is discovering that he is actually old. He never listens to his lawyers so he probably doesn’t listen to his doctors either, so fingers crossed.

2. But he's still not in prison for fraud, sedition, or insurrection.

Until he is, I can't say he's falling apart legally. Yes, he's losing a lot of court cases, but not the ones that would put him where he belongs. I think Alligator Auschwitz* would be perfect for him!

(*I won't call a concentration camp "Alcatraz"....)

The architects of America's descent into autocracy have nearly completed their foundation and framework. The national force of secret police has been funded and authorized. DOJ and the judicial branch have been brought to heel at their highest levels. The gulags are being authorized, normalized and even sought out by some state-level leadership. Education is being hacked at with increasing frenzy. Information and entertainment networks are gradually capitulating.

The most crucial piece left will be the measures taken in next year's midterms to normalize enhanced gerrymandering, the presence of physical threats at polling places and the intervention of "election oversight" to game the returns. Once that's done, the cult leader won't be needed.

The United States will have fallen in a pattern familiar across human history.

8. I can't argue with that misanthrope. We are under attack by domestic enemies following blueprints well established.
