Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Paul Tonko to hold Plattsburgh Town Hall eventMichael Cusanelli

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y.
U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is making a stop in Plattsburgh later this week to hold a town hall for NY-21 residents.
Ocasio-Cortez announced that she will be in Plattsburgh on Sunday, July 20 for a joint town hall with New York Rep. Paul Tonko (D-NY) who represents the neighboring 20th Congressional District.
In an online invitation to the event, Ocasio-Cortez and Tonko say NY-21 "deserves so much more than a representative that will sell out your healthcare for their own career ambitions and the billionaires that pay for them."

The City of Plattsburgh Republican Committee issued a statement regarding Ocasio-Cortez's upcoming appearance, saying they strongly oppose her trip to the North Country.

The last time Stefanik held a Town Hall in Plattsburgh, was in 2017.
She held it in the tiny PBS station so you had to win a lottery to attend.
There were more people outside protesting her then were allowed in.
This past winter, she held a 'goodbye tour' when she thought she was going to be the UN ambassador.
Otherwise, she doesn't give a damn about the North Country.
I have never set eyes on the woman.
She is as elusive as Champy.
