It seems to me from the amount of people moving to Tennessee from California, they are breaking the economy by themselves.

Two neighbors just moved nearby from California...Both bought nice houses and I know one paid cash, (she told me). I see them all of the time and Nashville is LOADED with California movers.

People moving to other states to take advantage of lower wages and property values (after taking advantage of higher wages and selling their homes at a huge profit) will not break our economy. Having a turd in power who has declared war on us could.
But I and many more will stand up and fight and flush that turd.

BTW I work with a couple of red hats who are constantly talking about selling their homes and moving to TN or a similar state in the south. You know what keeps them here...the higher wages. I have no doubt when it's time for them to retire, they will cash out and leave.

You really need to educate yourself on California and the CA economy.

Straight up Fox News talking point.

You want to know the mistake I made when moving to CA after college and forty years I have lived here?

I didn’t take every cent I put into 401ks and stocks and buy CA real estate. I would have had 3x (easily) the amount of money for retirement.

But yeah, the State is ruined! When I moved here the major employers were defense contractors, gone! Then Mortgage lenders, mostly gone! Yet we still have high income and college educated net gains in population.

Why are so many of my neighbors suddenly from California?

One retired from Riverside County and draws a hefty amount, all of the money spent here in Tennessee not in California.

Multiply that by tens of thousands of people per year and it adds up.

This is a layered, well thought out mission.

They have a document telling us the plan.

Everyone needs to stop focusing on the shiny object of the day and looking at the plan they wrote to destroy the entire government and take us back to 1857.

Each day is an incremental and exponential step to tear it all down as fast as possible.

If they pause for a moment, we can stop them, so each day is an escalation with even more shit thrown on the wall.

Each day is an exponential increase in chaos.

I hope I’m wrong, but I’m prepared for the through line.

Just my considered opinion.
