This guy executed his own father for "treason"

https://www.inquirer.com/crime/justin-mohn-murder-trial-levittown-20250709.html?utm_medium=referral&utm_source=ios&utm_campaign=app_ios_article_share&utm_content=LIFCYQYW5RHJFGEK3MFPQM6IZM

You just have to read the entire article. Really really frightening. To quote a few paragraphs is like trying to explain the Tate-LoBianco killings by Manson’s group in two sentences. This is what is going to occur more and more. Horrific and almost unbelievable.

The Pennsylvania man charged with fatally shooting then beheading his father and posting it on YouTube said on the stand Wednesday that the killing was “Plan B” after trying to arrest his father for what he called false statements and treason.

-snip-

Responding to questions from his attorney, Steven Jones, Mohn said he shot his father in the bathroom of the family’s Levittown home after telling him he was going to arrest him. Mohn said his father, who he said was an experienced martial artist, told him he would kill him before he let that happen and reached for the gun.

-snip-

He said he differed politically from his parents, describing them as on the left. He told the court he believed his father wanted to stop him from becoming a politician similar to President Donald Trump and that his father gave false statements in an unrelated civil case Justin Mohn brought in federal court.

Asked why he beheaded his father, he said he wanted to send a message to federal government workers to meet his demands, which included their resignation as well as the cancellation of public debt, among other things. He said he didn’t do it out of hatred for his father or to cause trauma to his family.

3. That's QAnon gone psychopathic. He's described as calmly saying he murdered his dad because

he lost a discrimination lawsuit (whined about DEI)

“This case should be a moment of reflection for our country, before we allow the woke, radical leftist ideologies to overtake the status quo, to the detriment of educated, straight, white Christian men.”

Mohn was adamant that he had a normal relationship with his father and never intended to kill him that January day in 2024. He wanted to take him into custody, he said, and corrected First Assistant District Attorney Edward Louka when the prosecutor referred to the killing as a murder.
...
He said he believed that his father was cooperating with the federal government’s efforts to “breach the social contract” by making false statements against him to a federal judge. Mohn had filed a federal discrimination lawsuit in Philadelphia, alleging that the government had conspired with his previous employers to fire him in favor of people he described as his less-qualified female and minority coworkers.
...
Mohn said his father had told the judge in the civil case that he held extreme right-wing beliefs, likening him to President Donald Trump. That, he believed, inspired the judge to rule against him.

(though it looks like that should have functioned as a gift link, it didn't work for me - it asked me to sign in as a subscriber. Here's a bypass: https://archive.ph/dLk5r )

So he claims that pulling a gun on his dad (a "normal relationship"???), and his dad then trying to disarm him, gave him the right to kill him. This is a guy who belonged in psychiatric care, but instead had a gun, and was brainwashed into blaming "woke, radical leftist ideologies" (by which he meant the Biden administration) for all his failings.

I doubt I have been to the Inquirer's site in more than a year, yet it said I had "exceeded" my free access. Shit even NYT is not that unrelenting. Sorry, if that diverted my attention from the story. Posters, please create archive versions for those linked stories you know are being a major paywall (NYT, WAPO, etc. (Just go to: archive.ph/ and then copy the link to the article in the top bar--voila).
