A reminder to U.S. Army soldiers and Veterans

He (It) doesn't give a damn about your service, your risks, your disabilities or your willingness to protect your country from enemies.

It only cares that its birthday happened to be the same day as your Anniversary so it can justify spending your money on its self-gratification and self-promotion.

Next year, it will celebrate your Anniversary but with even less emphasis on you. The following year, your anniversary won't even be mentioned.

A salute to you from an Air Force veteran honoring you who take the greater risks and do the majority of the fighting for our country.

I’m really, really pissed off that he has demanded, and is getting, Abrams tanks in his putrid, masturbatory parade. Even though they’re going to tear up the streets. (So much for eliminating government waste of taxpayer money.)

I ETS’d over thirty years ago. I’m glad I’m out so I don’t have to disobey an order to appear in the parade.

Agreed - the service birthdays should be about those branches of the service and their history. Sure I'll tease the crap out of the other, minor services. but I stand shoulder to shoulder with them because of the shared mission of protecting our democracy.

How long until our senior officers start honoring their oaths to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC?
