What the Wisconsin election showed me about many voters

People voted for for Trump without any awareness, understanding or concern about what his policies or actions would be. There choice was not based on actual outcomes of a Trump presidency.
There was a 10% swing from the Presidential election to yesterday's results. I bet a lot of those who voted for Crawford still support Trump, even as the vote for someone with the opposite views.
Voters can be idiots.

The "Not for Sale" message resonated with reasonable folks. It was more anti-Musk than anti-Trump IMO. the Dem party better pay attention to that

For example: the Scott Walker recall. Voters were simply against the concept of overturning an election, even that he was not very popular

HOWEVER, making damn sure that they know who (Trump, Musk, Putin, craven power brokers in GOP circles) is doing this to them and ruining the services and agencies that make their lives a little more tolerable while simultaneously pissing off the rest of the world and all of our former allies to become a pariah state will be the key to wiping them out in Novembe 2026, gaining enough seats to actually convict Trump in the Senate and impeaching and removing his ass permanently this time.

Crawford got 300,000 fewer votes than either Harris or Baldwin. Schimel got 600,000 fewer votes than Trump.
