Agent Orange will insist that it was stolen, since of course an election can always be purchased so there must have have been cheating if Eloon didn't get what he'd paid for.

Tue Apr 1, 2025, 11:05 PM

Republicans did a ton of damage to Wisconsin when they held the trifecta there for years. Since Democrats took over the Supreme court and Governorship, the state has been much better.

Importantly, it keeps liberals in charge of the Supreme Court for the next round of re-districting making it much more difficult for Republicans to continue their outrageous gerrymandering. Without the gerrymandering, there's a very good chance Democrats can take back control of the legislature.

Also importantly, Elon Musk attempted to buy this election for the Republicans. The fact that he failed shows he can't just use his money to buy everything in government he wants.

Schlemiel! Schlimazel! Hasenpfeffer Incorporated!

A Schlemiel is an inept clumsy person and a Schlimazel is a very unlucky person. There's a Yiddish saying that translates to a funny way of explaining them both.

A schlemiel is somebody who often spills his soup and a schlimazel is the person it lands on.

Time's up with your foolery. It probably won't work on primaries either. As long as you are throwing money away, throw some over to me. Lord knows, I could sure use it and so could the people I'd share it with.

Oh yeah, and on the way out the door, leave about $250 Billion to fix what you tore up. You was a lousy guest. Don't come back.

61. Where were those voters in November?
Wed Apr 2, 2025, 10:15 AM
Yesterday

If only we could have won the election . . . or if we could have kept Elon from stealing it. We knew what would happen if we lost in November. Everyone should have known. It was spelled out. There never was or ever will be a clearer choice than voters faced in November: democracy or tyranny, decency or depravity. It was never about politics. As Cory Booker said for over 25 hours, it's not about right or left, it's about right or wrong. That's why criticism of the Democratic Party baffles me. What the hell can anyone do when slightly more than half the country allegedly votes for a convicted criminal, sex pervert, pathological liar, psychopath, sociopath, egomaniac, religious hypocrite, failed and twice-impeached former "president" who has gone bankrupt six times (including three casinos), who's been a Russian asset for decades, and who tried to steal the 2020 election and who led a traitorous assault on the nation's capitol in broad daylight? The guy is about 80 years old, has the temper of a two-year-old, the vocabulary of a fourth grader, and the eloquence and intelligence of plywood.

If this country had enough decent human beings in it, there never would have been a Trump presidency. Never.

But when we have a country filled with racist, sexist, ignorant fools, what's the solution? Reduce the price of eggs? C'mon.

We have great human beings, decent, empathetic leaders like Harris and Walz, Shapiro and Whitmer, Booker and Warnock . . . and the list goes on and on and on. And yet look at the MAGA scum we have in the White House, the Cabinet, the Congress . . .

Again, the question in November was do you want decent people running this country or do you want criminal billionaires? Are you going to vote for right or wrong? And the majority of American voters, apparently--with their eyes wide open--voted for wrong. How could anyone have changed that?
