I can't remember if the big cities take a longer time to count.

But I see that Green Bay and surrounding counties underperformed. Unless there is a lot of mail-in ballots that will raise things up, WI seems done. Arizona is looking good though.

Yes, there are still a lot of outstanding votes, and Milwaukee does come in late, but Harris is underperforming Biden almost everywhere, especially Milwaukee. Trump has made serious gains with black males.
