Trump Is Trying To Move His Appeal Of The Stormy Daniels Case To A Federal Court

Article on Trump trying to get the Stormy Daniel's appeal case out of New York State Courts and into a Federal Court. Trump obviously wants this so that he will have grounds for pardoning himself. The felonies that he was convicted of were in the New York State system and so a President has no authority over pardons in State cases. If he can get the case moved to a Federal Court he may be in a position to pardon himself should he manage to get re-elected. I don't think that it will work, but that is clearly what Trump is trying to do.
