Democracy Docket Voting Rights Victories in Georgia, Alabama and Nebraska

Within the last 24 hours, courts in Georgia, Alabama and Nebraska have all issued court rulings in favor of voters and smooth elections. In Georgia, a judge blocked a new ballot hand counting rule passed by the State Election Board. A federal judge in Alabama blocked a voter purge program and in Nebraska, the state Supreme Court affirmed the voting rights of people with felony convictions.
