1. Finally someone with some clout saying it.

Loss of the Senate also means no judges will be confirmed to any Federal Court. The GOP will do everything to keep the positions open so they can expand Federalist Society reach. If the GOP keeps the House too, it'll mean an impeachment trial - because you know that a GOP House will start the impeachment on day one of the session. It'll also mean that nothing in the Harris agenda gets passed, allowing the media to go on and on about "broken promises." If the GOP has either branch, it'll mean a continued parade of worthless "show trial" hearings like we've experienced the past two years, giving further fodder to the right-wing media where facts don't matter (or exist?). In short, it will be a disaster. These points need to be repeated by more folks, including Harris and Walz. Harris can't work miracles and can't do it alone.
