At what point must the GOP withdraw their candidate as no longer qualified by virtue of his medical condition?

Does the Attorney General bring suit challenging his qualification? Do the state Ag's do so to protect their voters from fraud? Does the Speaker of the House, the head of the Democratic Party, the president of the US Senate, The Surgeon General? Who has authority and under what legal rubric?

Would one of the Judges or DA's in his cases make the charge that he's unfit to stand trial?

Certainty someone must do so soon???

In 1944 FDR was dying and it was apparent to all those around him. That is why they dumped Henry Wallace as VP and put in Truman. They wanted someone responsible to take over when Roosevelt died.

If nothing else scares you, the term "President Vance" should do it!
It would be just like that Orange Anus to lose the popular vote bigly, win the electoral college, and drop dead the next day.

A lot of people who will vote for Donald Trump will ONLY vote for Donald Trump - and there are enough of them that pulling Trump and losing all those votes will throw the election to Harris. By keeping Trump on the ballot they have the possibility of winning the election then overthrowing him via the 25th Amendment; without Trump they have no chance at all.

It does not require competence, civility, mental stability or an IQ in at least double digits. Republicans can nominate (and possibly elect) an aged turtle (even if not from Kentucky) as long as it is at least 35 years old and born (or hatched) in the United States.

If TCF gets elected, JD Couchf**ker will invoke the 25th Amendment in the limo ride back from the inauguration.

making a binding contract?

I'm not asking if the GOP would do this voluntarily and with due respect for the public interest. My question was about when and whether there is a significant legal bar to a man with such a considerable incapacity that he cannot enter or leave the stage without a person physically guiding him. He cannot negotiate a set of stairs nor walk to the limo unescorted. There are laws to prevent such a person from acting in a way that could endanger himself, or others. Why would they not apply now?
