Early voting in Iowa is under way. The lines were long, but my wife and I only ones wearing masks.
Two more votes for Kamala and Tim are in, for whatever good they'll do in this Electoral College country . . .
We'll be phone banking in central Iowa on Monday, calling people in key counties of swing states. What a ridiculous way to run an election. A few thousand people in a few counties in a few states will elect the president for the entire country. In every other election of any kind, the winner has to get the most votes. No other country has anything like the Electoral College. It needs to be abolished. Never again should it be possible to lose the popular vote but "win" the election.
