Fox News Interview Questions

I just read on Raw Story that Fox MAGA viewers are angry that they will interview VP Harris. Of course, many of them are whining that she would get the questions ahead of time. This has become the go-to for right wingers to explain Harris' thoughtful answers to interview questions and winning debate performance. This is, of course, total crap.

Do these people not understand that a national campaign has a staff of people who have the job of making sure the candidate is prepared for these events? I follow the news pretty closely, but I am not a professional. Having said that, I would be willing to bet that in an hour or two, I could come up with a list of potential questions for the VP that would be reasonably close to what she will be asked. Do they really think that Brett B of Fox is going to totally surprise VP Harris with some wild question? Of course he won't.

I'm not disparaging Fox here.....I'm trying to make the point that prepared candidates do better at interviews and debates that unprepared ones. This is why the VP is mopping the floor with Trump in these venues.

She isn't cheating......she is prepared. Does anyone remember the days in high school when prepared students who got high grades were tormented by students who got D's? It's happening again.

I think that one question will be about her policy suggestion of giving $25K to first time home buyers as a start to a down payment. The follow-up question will be: But how will we pay for that? What about the deficit?

She has answers to these, but the questions must be asked to appease the Fox audience.

I was thrilled with the way she smacked down Trump in the debate, and she was in fact brilliant.

And then I got to thinking about it, she was really just a professional who was prepared. I see other professionals many places who can show up to talk somewhere and answer questions compentently and think nothing of it. But Trump has lowered the bar so far that her perorfmance seemed brilliant. When it was really just a normal day at the office for her.

The questions will be about immigration, inflation, energy policy, Middle East policy.

Like the debates, she will come prepared to answer those questions. She doesn’t need to know the exact questions to be knowledgeable. I’m sure she’s faced more daunting opposition in courtrooms up against high priced defense attorneys.

those stupid, bigoted commercials are non-stop.

I'm 100% confident that she'll be prepared, but just throwing that topic in there too.

It’s an issue that can’t possibly affect more than a hundred people, if that. But, I guess MAGAts feel they can score some points with it.
