Election night. -- Champagne or Cyanide?

I'm going with champagne.

On election night in 2016, we all knew for a fact that Hillary was going to win. The polls told us so. I'm glad I didn't have any cyanide that night when the horrible reality became apparent.

That's not going to happen again. Kamala is going to win big. I refuse to believe there are enough insane people in America to put Trump back in power. All everyone has to do is ignore the polls, and get out and vote. And then, get some champagne.

538 was still giving Trump a 30% chance of winning on election day. That was far from a guaranteed Clinton win.

It was more a matter of punditry being in denial of Trump’s chances.
