(3,139 posts)A 1930 through 1950 car would probably be just as bulletproof.
Hes really lucky he didnt hit the batteries. Especially with the dry grass under the car. Maybe he should check the windows next.

Tesla Cybertruck owner/ YouTube influencer Danny Duncan tests bulletproof claim with the help of a couple "little" friends. He makes a decent living from doing stuff like this.

(2,082 posts)just like the bulletproof claim.
The bulletproof claim suggests it can stop a .380 auto round, and it does. However, the .380 is a pretty anemic round, and the guy who just shot his own truck is shooting something with far higher energy delivery. Can't tell what it is for sure, but it's certainly not a .380 auto.

(369 posts)Brake jobs I did at home, and my 9mm 124gr bullets would go through them.
My .45 would take chunks out of them.

(4,853 posts)Maybe he'd be willing to test that claim.
Actually no, people aren't saying that. But I'd still like to see him test it. He seems like the guy for the job.
