Liz Cheney: SCOTUS "got it wrong" on the immunity decision. And courts can't enforce their own rulings.

Kyle Griffin
Liz Cheney tells NBC she believes the Supreme Court "got it wrong" on the immunity decision.

"Trump believes he will be immune for anything he does once he's in office. He will not respect the rulings of our courts. And people have to realize, our courts can't enforce their own rulings. So, if a president refuses to carry out his obligation to do so, then we are no longer a nation of laws. Donald Trump will ignore Congress."

It was as if SCOTUS, the 5 that made the decision, didn't take into account how dangerous their ruling was with a man like Trump running for POTUS. Or they took it ALL into account and are in on the plot to overthrow the country.

We have a shitty SCOTUS.

in anything but the outcome they have predetermined.

We have Justices who deconstructed the honest services doctrine which has its roots in ancient Anglo-Saxon history to protect their own current dishonest services without shame while loudly ( and falsely) claiming themselves “originalists”.

We have justices who ignored our founders belief that life begins at quickening to cling to an English “judge” who burned Catholics and other dissenting Protestants as witches during the Long Parliament while simultaneously claiming the executive is immune, ignoring Charles I’s detached head.

We have justices who ignore our common law to facilitate the crimes and frauds of their fellow travelers and call themselves righteous while they do it.

You could say these Justices live in a bubble. I would say they lost the thread when they decided their ends justify any means so long as they and their kind retain power.
