He loved that maverick tag specifically because it excused his propensity to screw over anyone who slighted him, and he used it.

And by conservative, I mean a site that publishes stories with inflammatory headlines like this one: “Joe Biden is Using Your Tax Dollars to Make Kids Hate Their Country.”

That kind of conservative.
