I live in Goldsboro, which is about 50 miles east of Raleigh and haven't seen a Robinson sign anywhere until yesterday. About a mile from me there is a farm that apparently sold off some its land and they are building a mansion there. I am not exaggerating when I call it a "mansion". It is at least 5 times larger than any house in the area and rivals those homes of the rich and famous you see online. Anyway, in front of this mansion's gated front wall were about 6 signs for Robinson. He is so unpopular in NC that even one of my neighbors, who is a die hard Trumper, says Robinson has as little chance of becoming Governor as he or I do. I am hoping that his unpopularity has a negative effect on Trump in NC and just can't see Republican voters splitting their tickets to vote for a Democratic Governor while at the same time voting for a Republican president. I'm sure stranger things have happened, but I am hoping it keeps at least some of the Rep voters home on election day.

(6,127 posts)baboon ass red NC county (Dare). The number of Trump signs here is sickening. There are probably 1000 Trump signs for every 5 Harris signs. (Sadly, thats not an exaggeration.)
Edited to say, North Carolinians are not at all shy about splitting their votes for President & Governor. It happens more times than not, it seems.

(10,102 posts)In my subdivision (maybe 100 homes) I have seen only one Trump sign where the last two elections I have noticed several, maybe 6-10. Then again I see no Harris signs at all.

(6,127 posts)and driving around yesterday I was pleasantly surprised to see that at least in my little town, more Harris signs have popped up. (Probably more than Ive ever seen for a Democratic presidential candidate which is awesome).
Im not exaggerating about the number of Trump signs here however. They are EVERYWHERE along the main road that runs the length of the northern part of the county (havent been down south lately). Its not just your generic campaign signs, but others that have been professionally printed, but maybe not distributed by the campaign. We have a very aggressive Republican Party here.

I thought his coming out as a Nazi trans porn freak would make the right lighten up on their transphobia and especially surgery, even in prison. Trans porn actors have to come from somewhere or all these guys like Robinson won't have anything to wank to and forget about hookups. We know we only ever see the very tip of the iceberg the way they all cover for each other.
I wonder how Marky Mark likes his trans women? With or without? I'm guessing with. I'd say he's more of a catcher rather than a pitcher, if you know what I mean.

(9,740 posts)The head of the repukes finally has signs for everyone in his yard. But only 1 Robinson sign. His Trump sign is huge. Some of the cult members around here have multiple Trump signs in their yard. Making up for all the people who have none, I guess!

(34,190 posts)Has a dozen Rump signs in his small yard plus a large flag with a that picture of Rump with a bloody ear surrounded by secret service agents with his fist up in the air and the words FIGHTFIGHTFIGHT.

(10,102 posts)You turn the corner and there is this huge flag pole proudly flying the Trump flag with the stars and bars beneath it. I am from NJ and not used to seeing that sort of thing, especially in an area that is racially integrated like Goldsboro, but I guess you live and learn.

(63,628 posts)We saw surprisingly few Trump signs and very, very few Robinson signs in Caswell Co. Even saw a few Harris signs. This is a very rural, low income area.
Up in Virginia we saw some Trump signs, often co-located with the name of that mini-Trump who's running for VA senate. We saw lots of Harris signs near Charlottesville, of course.
The part I noticed - like you - was that most of the Trump signs were at the entrances to very large houses. In years past, most Trump signs were outside poorer homes. We saw a few of those, but for the first time I noticed wealthy-appearing homes with Trump signs.
