Hamas calls Biden's speech 'inflammatory'

Hamas lambasted President Biden’s speech Tuesday and reaffirmed the “right to resist and end the occupation” in Gaza, calling his “inflammatory” remarks biased against Palestinian people in the occupied territories.

In a statement shared by the militant group’s press office, Hamas disparaged Biden’s speech that condemned the “sheer evil” of the attacks on Israelis.

The group said the attacks on Israel, which Hamas has dubbed “Operation Al-Aqsa Flood” was in “defense” of its people and their right to “freedom and self-determination.” The militant group vowed to keep protecting these rights until its “aspirations for liberation, return, and establishment are achieved.”

Hamas has been critical of the United States since 1997, when the government designated the group a terrorist organization. As a longtime close ally of Israel, the United States has repeatedly condemned the group’s attacks, which have included suicide bombings and kidnappings in targeting Israel. In exchange, Hamas has accused the American government of being an accomplice to denying the group’s attempt to create a Palestinian state stretching from the Mediterranean Sea to the Jordan River.

Oh really? That was a defensive model? Oh yea, slaughtering babies and children. Was the baby coming for you?

Hamas is a clown organization full of jesters, but they are terribly psychotic and wish to rid the world of Jews, thus they must be taken very seriously.

I sure hope they get their justice. You targeted children. It wasn't a child who died as collateral damage during a bombing raid during an act of war, you went and found children and babies to slaughter.

I'd like to see the rest of the Muslim world speak up against this since these bastards are doing it for their great Allah.

5. "liberation, RETURN and establishment " (last sentence, third paragraph)

For those who don’t understand why this battle has been going on for 75 years, here it is in a nutshell. Groups like Hamas ( but certainly not all Palestinians ) have been demanding the same thing for all these years and will not compromise.

“Return” means they want the right to live in Israel. This would mean the end of Israel as “a refuge for the Jewish people” and clearly the end of Israel as it knows itself and as the world knows it and which is never going to be agreed to. After 75 years there is still no willingness to compromise. Just increasing debasement, terror and bloodshed.

13. The fact that there are "refugee" camps after all that time is evidence they don't want peace.

After WWII, there were massive shifts of national borders and displacements of millions. They were forced out and re-established themselves in a new home inside the new borders. You don't see German refugee camps for Danzig or East Prussia for instance. I'm firmly convinced that the Palestinians are their own worst enemy.

14. Yes, they are. They could have declared a Palestinian state

within the borders prescribed at the time of Partition, when Israel declared itself a state, but they refused to do so because they refused to accept Israel’s right to also exist. And 75 years later they have not budged one inch, but have continued to use the self-inflicted degradation of the people as a red rag.
