It appears likely that TFG never had a shot a jury trial because the court is exercising

New York law on jury trials does not extend to equitable relief. That is an oversimplification, but accurate. They did not ask for one. Courts only decide issues that are raised.

is still 6 (I believe) other charges to be determined through trial. The Judge made note at the trial today that his lawyers did not request a jury trial.
