vs. Missouri Synod in terms of theology or politics (it's mostly related to governance) - they're both out there with the other fundamentalist loons. I wouldn't expect anybody from ELCA to get involved with TFG's sedition.

ELCA is fairly liberal.
Actually far more liberal than Catholics with women clergy and much healthier attitude towards them.
