It was a white guy, he went to a "prolife rally" within the last 3 yrs & recorded himself talking with mostly prosperous 40+ white women about fostering /adoption and none of them had adopted or were interested in fostering.

I googled Jordan Klepper + "right to life rally" + YouTube, didn't find anything.
