Between the previous decision and the enhanced harasser rights case what will they do? Give gun wavers absolute rights until they pull the trigger with the weapon pointed at someone?

(6,905 posts)What happened in those other instances? They're all felonies and should be automatic disqualifiers for firearms ownership, independent of the restraining order. No convictions?
