Depending on the shooter and when caught, more exposure can occur. Not sure he or she been caught.

But I always had a great time at July 4th celebrations.

Usually good food and good fun.

I dislike fireworks, but at least there was never any gunplay.

There are also different types of Mass Shootings.

Several of the weekend mass shootings happened at gatherings that were (I surmise) attended by African-Americans. I don't think anyone has the 1st clue how to address these shootings.

America prefers to discuss to lone-wolf Rampage Shootings.
