How the phuck is that even possible. I would think his history is more then enough reason to take his threats seriously. Because what he is doing is this.

He is putting this out there hoping he will wake up one morning and hear that Mr. Smith was ambushed by some unstable maga fan while getting out of his car or something like that. He knows this would not stop the investigation but it would absolutely put it on hold for who knows how long and that is all that matters the delay... and then rinse and repeat to delay as long as humanly possible.

He still has the whole medical card to use so I doubt this he will ever seen the inside of a cell when in reality he should have been sentenced by now in similar fashion to Bernhard Knipperdolling. The gop is the biggest threat we face in America... and they do it right on social media.
