11. Prighozhin hasn't been any sort of a chef since he sold hot dogs

after getting out of prison. He bought restaurants, changed their names, and hired chefs. Calling him "Putin's chef" was pure snobbery from the educated yes men surrounding Putin.

I just wonder what his side hustle was when he was selling hot dogs. He got rich quick, much too quick for dirty water hot dogs.
