5 Borough Bike Tour. My daughter has a dance recital in Manhattan. Only way to travel is subway. (She's been suffering with some depression and anxiety over the last few years.) If they prevent us from getting to the ONE THING that has consistently brought her joy, I will get into a screaming fight.

Getting on the tracks like that? Is supremely dumb.

They're inconveniencing a LOT of folks by doing this.
