Who would replace Kevin McCarthy as Speaker of the House?

Who would replace Kevin McCarthy as speaker? Everybody knows little Kevin is a beard for MTG who is the real power. He's on fragile ground as far as somebody challenging his speakership.
Who would replace him? I don't see MTG having enough solid support to get voted in even with all her extreme compatriots in the House.
But she and her fellow extremists would surely disable chances for a moderate Republican as speaker.

Kevin is probably in a pretty safe position as a placeholder instead of an actual leader.

It kinda makes sense. That's where the Republican Party is at the moment.

None. Despite all the predictions made when he got it.

he most likely would be challenged by the fringes of his party. So far he is pushing that idiotic bill which ties raising the debt ceiling to drastic cuts. If that does not pass, and he relents on raising the debt anyway its likely he would be in hot water.

He's the whip, he knows where the bodies are buried, and he's more evil than McCarthy.

...Kevin is a lowest common denominator Speaker: he breathes and he is nominally a Republican.

It took 15 ballots to get him into the position, and now nobody has the will to garner the votes for removing him from it.

Why would they, when they face no consequences for doing whatever they want? They're not afraid of losing the whip over it, because the majority has too many loose cannons running amok to unify over anything beyond "against whatever a Democrat wants." And even then...
