and or maintenance service, fuel, wash and wax?

They will help re-elect him if his campaign survives. They will focus on every inane thing he says & ignore Biden's accomplishments while harping on how old he is.

I actually see it as no difference when former presidents take folks’ private planes on trips. I have a relative that flies a large private plane for a very well known (and very wealthy) person. On occasion, they fly a former President or two. Their security details fly onboard. I’m not under the impression that they fly for free.

The only difference here is that this particular former President owns their own plane and based on what we know about them, they may even pad the charges.
