Republican Members of Tennessee State Legislature Asked About Gun Violence

Justin Kanew @Kanew

Yesterday at the capitol I asked this Tennessee Republican supermajority what they would do to combat gun violence and protect our kids. Their silence was loud.

Please watch and share.

Well worth the time to watch those cowards largely run away and/or say nothing.

They fight like hell to make sure their people have guns, but DO NOTHING when those guns kill kids.

Use this as a campaign ad for Democrats running for office. Spread Republican shame. What this country needs is an Emmet Till moment showing the obliterated mush remains of a human body shot by an AR-15 blasted over the TV. Perhaps then, people will wake up to vote these people out of office.

How much is just enough to do something?
Is there a number, Senator?
When does the collateral kid-killing cross your line, Brother (sister, cousin, preacher, boss, neighbor, ...)?

They can run but we should not cease pressing for an answer about their missing morality.

.... because even in very red TN the vast majority of the people support doing something about all those fucking guns.

I hope this video gets to every home, township, school, and "up the crick holler" in Tennessee. Cowards just cowards.
