3. Governor Jimmy Carter was at the Bob Dylan/The Band concert...

..at the Omni in Atlanta in the early '70s. He was introduced and stood up and waved to the crowd from one of the front rows. We had driven from Orlando and had good seats on the floor about 20 rows back. At the time it was not only unusual but unprecedented in our experiences. 'What a cool guy' was my thought then. What a giant of a man is my thought now. America was fortunate to have him.

4. I saw this doc a number of years ago when it was on another network,

maybe PBS? What it showed was a forward thinking man open to new ideas and all people. I have always loved Jimmy Carter. Voted for him twice.
