Johnson's campaign and his allies/pacs pounded Barnes with TV ads and mailers over his views on social justice and crime issues, saying he was "different" and "dangerous."  https://www.jsonline.com/story/news/politics/elections/2022/09/22/mandela-barnes-supporters-accuse-republicans-airing-racist-ads-race-us-senate-race-ron-johnson/8074904001/

And after (possibly more deserving) Democrats bowed out of the primary race to clear the way for him to win and not create a divisive and bitter primary campaign. And what did he do with it? Nothing.

Not pleased with him at all. Switch him and his campaign with the type of campaign Beasley ran in NC and we would have won this seat.

Wisconsin Seniors still need to keep a close eye on him.

Mandella Barnes is not finished yet in politics.

I don’t know what Wisconsinites see in him, but I don’t think he’ll be killing off Social Security and Medicare.

brain synapses. They can't see what a freaking tool Johnson is?

This is an embarrassment for Wisconsin. It screams, "we're still too ignorant to see what's going on right in front of our faces".

And that will be what the GOP learns from this election. They will learn that racisim pays dividends.

It's not just that racism pays dividends for them; it's that they are all about racism and it's central to their entire ideology. They're racists and they know their voters are racists.

If NV can come through, then the likely GA runoff will a lot easier. The wind will be out of the Repuke sails (because they still lose tiebreakers by Harris even if they win and get to 50 seats).
