The secret document investigation: What Garland decides will set precedent for future investigations

Think about that for of a minute. If Garland gives Trump a slap on the wrist or does nothing for the obvious crimes he committed, that will set precedent for all future investigations into stolen secret documents. Garland knows this.

The DOJ was practically begging Trump to return the documents. Trump spit right in their faces over and over again. Even when they issued a grand jury subpoena Trump spit in their face. His narcissism took over.

When they searched Trumps resort and found secret documents in his office, I believe that changed everything. I believe Garland is going to bring the hammer down on Trump. I believe he is going to indict him and charge him with everything he can be charged for.

The bottom line, when the law gives you a way out, gives you multiple warnings and you spit in their face. They are going to show no mercy when they charge you. This is just common sense.

we, the public, would know nothing about this, it never would have happened.

Merrick Garland is an institutionalist and I agree that Trump gave him no option but to indict him.

Donald Trump should be indicted and convicted but he will never do any jail time, Garland's prosecutors will not ask for it.

Mike Lee, one of the insurrectionists, voted to confirm Garland along with 19 other Magat Senators.

He dug up the evidence, e-mails, documents, for the J6 committee. he spoke about the importance of acting swiftly, while the evidence is still fresh. He said he wanted the J6 committee to do more, he wanted the committee to subpoena Ginni Thomas many months before it did, and it wasn't under oath.

It surprised me that Riggleman said that what he uncovered about Ginni was the most important evidence he found.

Riggleman, once again stressed how important it was to act on information timely. People just don't get it, if Trump is ever indicted, it would take at least until 2024 before he went to trial. Letitia James has been doing her civil case for 3 years and it still hasn't gone to trial. Fani Willis is ahead of DOJ, of course, but she is just at the special grand jury stage, look how witnesses she subpoenaed are delaying showing up, like Lyndsey Graham.

I guarantee that if the shoe was on the other foot, that Magats would have found a way to get rid of Louis DeJoy and Christopher Wray.

Wray should have been investigated about lying to Congress. He freaking committed perjury.
