It would be pants and low-heeled shoes for me.

(11,295 posts)when they want to. One positive about a uniform is that it's easy to identify the flight crew when they're needed, so I'd go for a predominant color or some sort of identifier, but skirts or slacks - meh.
I'm pretty sure the flight attendants on my last plane trip wore something, but I was too tired to notice what it was.
