of us didn’t know out here in fly over country was that he was a RUSSIAN mob boss. I think we knew he had dealings with the mob. Just my own thought.

Some of the TV lawyers are speculating that DOJ has been treating this all as a mob case. There's certainly reason to believe they're right. Fraud, obstruction of justice, bribery/extortion, theft (of government documents and likely other things), probably money laundering and aiding or assisting illegal aliens in entering the country to work at his various dumps. I'll throw terrorism in there, as well. All done right out in the open.
