Judge: 'The motion to continue is denied.....We have a jury that is just about picked. I think i was really clear in my decision last week. I don't think I could have been clearer.'

Judge: No 30-day delay but 'Im not foreclosing the possibility of delaying the trial by a day just to make sure that we get our ducks in a row.' Will reconvene at 1 PM. Possible no openings today while they mull document issues.

Nichols is back and says he will allow the letters in but, for now, redact the arguments over executive privilege. So jurors will see Bannon objected and the committee replied we still want your testimony and docs. Could be other stuff comes in as trial progresses.

Reading thru it seems to be evidentiary issues. Defense saying they didn't understand judge's ruling or some such nonsense.
