actual sense? I mean, the guy is a moron. He always has been but it's 100 times worse now.

People talk about him back in the "old days" when he was somewhat coherent, but he was still an idiot. It's just that he could manage to string a few sentences together and sound like a relatively normal person. Pretty low bar there. Now he is just a blithering idiot. I don't know how anyone can pretend to think he makes any sense.
