(111,758 posts)I lived for a short time in Henrico County. It wasn't free from some extreme large-city problems then either but its proximity to DC worries me that it might be something worse.

This is over towards the University of Richmond. One of our favorite restaurants is over there. This neighborhood is pretty middle class but the UR area is some big money.

(5,632 posts)Lawn is mowed, there's not piles of junk, and bushes aren't covering the windows. The woodwork and windows aren't screaming for paint. The windows aren't blocked or overly obscured. Roof looks to be in good shape.
That is a shitload of cameras, but since they're all small, that's not a giant red flag. I have 2, one being my doorbell cam, on my house.

(13,320 posts)I used to pass that area on one my way to work on my Richmond travel assignment. Later, when I moved to Richmond, I would have lived close enough to hear the noise....except I'd have been working Thursday night.
