President Zelensky has officially submitted an application to join the European Union.








I don't understand how that would work with the ongoing war.

Could be considered? I know corruption in the government was one problem. Sounded like it would take years to achieve the minimal standards necessary to join.

Excuse my ignorance but is there such a thing as a ‘probationary status member’ or some such thing, or is that what everyone is initially after membership is accepted?
