I saw Billie Jean along with Elton John when they did a Tennis Benefit here in Pittsburgh at The University of Pittsburgh's Petersen Event Center ('The Pete') a few years ago.

Agassi (I think), Martina, Elton, Billie Jean and a lot of celebrities I cannot remember participated.

Billie Jean and Elton played mixed doubles. It was so fun to watch.

Just yesterday I found my Virginia Slims necklace in a drawer. I worked an event the first year (1970) of the tour and the necklace was an appreciation gift.

I have always said that BJK actually did more to advance women's rights than any other person.

and I'm not sure their usual fans could afford the tickets.

I think they and the Bengals get 35% of the total tickets. Players and sponsors get first picks and the remainder go to the teams' season tickets holders through a special lottery. I don't know how the remainder is split up between the NFL and other teams.
