Speaker Pelosi is a freaking HARDASS! "Is that laughing I hear over there?" She is wrapping up....

....the debate for the BBB rule and paused when the idiots on the republican side laughed.

She all but said "F* you republicans, we've got this!"

Brava Madam Speaker!!!!

If there is a message directed towards the American people it sure as hell isn't coming through.

Another complete failure to effectively use the pulpit to influence and inform the public.

Coming in as a closer.

As for negativity about democrats...

I've been watching the Party since 1976...and it has been declining since then.

Not because of philosophy but because of its inability to actually communicate...

He has been functioning on no sleep while crafting a rule and working shuttle diplomacy with the progressives.

I’ve been a part of the party since 1968. The party is more open and honest than it has ever been. Gone are the smoke filled back room deals. Gone are (most) of the old white men pulling all the party strings. Never forget Will Rogers famous quote about politics. He said “I’m not a member of an organized political party, I’m a Democrat.”

I’ll agree that at times our messaging can be problematic - but that is likely because the messaging doesn’t come from the top down, it comes from the grassroots up. That is something you will never see from the fascist politburo that is the Republican Party.

Personally, I’m proud to be a Democrat - even on the days I find myself pulling out my hair. Why?Because the only workable alternative in a nation built on a two party system is being a Republican and that is an unthinkable, suicidal alternative.

And I get your point of view.

It's do frustrating though.

How many times did that rabble bring up the 450k myth yesterday.

I completely understand your point of view and hope you keep pushing for what you think is right. One of the many things that makes me a Democrat is our ability exchange views and make for a bigger more inclusive party. What you say influences me.

President Johnson had a rough time too with the Civil Rights matter. FDR with SSI and others. President Obama with ACA.

To name a few. I rather have Progressive, Moderates and Conservative all working together, although it can be difficult, then have a party that march to a single beat and shower the very rich.

Go Dems!
