Congress only has the the power to impeach. So where were these charges during impeachment? Why weren't they presented?

for prosecution. Not sure what the INTERNAL CONGRESSIONAL process is for that to happen, but that's the path now.

... he's going to get his chance to defend himself in court, I still think by October.

It took 45 four years to fuck it up. Biden/Harris has only had a week less than six months to fix it.

Think about it this way: how soon does an arrested murderer get to trial in your town? Bet it's over a year, even with eye witnesses.

I just figured that they had what sounds like a road map to the ten . So much so that they could just walk that over to a prosecutor and say here ya go.

with his summary that implied that trump was innocent. That totally took the focus off the real goods that were in the report and the unredacted report has never been released.

Blame Barr and trump and we'll see if Garland gets to the real obstruction charges. It takes some time as there's a lot to reveal and clean up.

…that collectively the adult politicians think it will make the country look weak and irresponsible.

They all know what went on but they won’t tell us the whole story never, no way. We’ll get a sanitized version probably not saying anything more than what we now know.

How can you hold up your country as a model of democracy when it crumbled from within?
Not a good look.
