Because they can’t offer any fraud proof to justify their racism, so they are going to gently try to change the story

Voting Rights Act in in 2013 by eliminating Section 5 which requires certain states and local governments to obtain federal preclearance before implementing any changes to their voting laws or practices.

Roberts reasoning at the time was something to the effect it was no longer needed because that type of racism was no longer relevant

How wrong Roberts and the 4 others judges were is more than evident by what has been occurring since that decision was made

That is why HR1 and its counterpart SR1 is so important because the SC cannot be relied upon to do the right thing
