Was there in 1996 and happened upon a white power type of rally when I went for a wedding. The wedding wasn’t until 5 pm so we had this whole day to drive around, what we thought was a fair was a klan like rally. Being a light skinned back woman with a white husband I was immediately uncomfortable and we spent the rest of the day in our hotel room being productive. I mentioned it later to a wedding attendee they told how that part of Idaho is a sundown part of Idaho.
