...than that hack Kornacki on MSNBC.
Anyway, he's not calling it, but he thinks that Biden is going to win Florida! He also thinks that PA, MI, and WI are going to Biden.
Now we have to cross our fingers and fret the next 8 days, hoping there is no outside interference.

(7,654 posts)Kornacki isn't "a hack."
Kornacki never makes predictions, he just presents data and talks about possible outcomes.

(51,358 posts)It is just his hyper presentation is difficult to watch.

(7,504 posts)Poli-Sci major here and Kornacki is definitely not a hack. Makes me consider everything else you say in your post as highly suspect. Just ewww... Kornacki is not a hack. Period.

(13,776 posts)He's so enthusiastic... it's a pleasure to watch somebody really digging whatever it is they do.
And he really knows his stuff. I feel sad every time I see him get criticized here for being an energizer bunny or whatever; he's got a lot to say and a limited time to say it in, so how else could he be?

(459 posts)Kornacki is bad. Sorry, he just is. Always gets excited talking up Trump's "inside straight". Friends with the horrible Hugh Hewitt. And no I don't follow the pollster guys who paint a rosy picture for us either, not after 2016.

(25,111 posts)refuse to watch him. That said, I think Biden/Harris will win bigly.

(688 posts)Kornacki flails too much and he talks too much. He says too many words to make a small point. He goes on and on and on and I can't figure out what the hell he's talking about it. Enten is much more precise and straight to the point.

(24,671 posts)I'd say two more weeks at least. Ugh.
(Also, I hope I'm wrong and it's obvious on election night that Biden sweeps it)

(13,060 posts)If the margin of votes for Biden outnumbers the total number of uncounted mail ballots, then the election can be called even though those ballots havent yet been counted. As theyre counted, Bidens lead would simply increase. Its those states that cant start counting until election day that will be the cliffhangers.
Hip2bSquare
(291 posts)then he's pretty much calling it. I'm still scared to death. I'm doubtful on the Florida prediction being how corrupt that state government is, but if Biden wins Florida, Biden wins the election.
One week, may the storm clouds lift!

(7,338 posts)I want someone a little slower with election returns. Not. When its election night, someone like Kornacki gives the full picture.
Its a bit much, less is not more on election night.

(67,782 posts)....favor trump (other than their sit-ins like Santorum, Urban, Cortes, etc.)
But as far as Kornacki is concerned, as someone else pointed out, he goes on and on with barely any substance, his gyrations are annoying and he never actually brings anything new to the table. I can go to RealClearPolitics or 538 and get more out of them than from him.
Plus, I don't like the way he got where he is today - he did so basically by plagiarizing the work of others during the George Washington Bridge scandal. He became the MSNBC "man on the ground" and expert even though he didn't interview a single person, he just read others' news accounts. That was when he earned the "hack" moniker in my eyes.
He is of very little substance in my eyes.
