We will ALWAYS have to import some oil because different grades of oil have to be blended.

BTW, the oil industry is NOT doing well because the cost of a barrel of oil is so low right now because of decreased demand during COVID-19. We've actually run out of storage capacity.

I have turned down job interviews when I found out it was a business in O&G. I rode that roller coaster long enough. I worked for one business that went bankrupt and another that had to lay off half their staff.
